Returns and Exchanges

We want your shopping experience to be 100% satisfactory. If a product does not match its published description (you received a different or defective product), you may request an exchange or return within 3 business days after the date you received it. After that period, we cannot accept exchanges or returns.

Product condition

The product must be in the same condition as when it was received, with all of its labels still attached.

How to request it

To process your exchange or return, email us at ctrscientific@ctr.com.mx (subject: Cambios y Devoluciones) or message us on WhatsApp at 81 3551 1566 with the following:

• A photo of the product(s) you received.
• The reason for the exchange or return.
• The name of your Sales Representative, or Online Sales
• Invoice, quotation and/or order number

Once we receive your information, we will review it and, if applicable, let you know the procedure to follow for the exchange or return.

Refund method

If an exchange was not an option and you wish to return the product, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Once we have received the product, we will proceed with your refund within 7-10 business days (processing times depend on each banking institution).
