We may change these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time without notice, simply by publishing the changes on the Website. BY USING THE WEBSITE, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, pursuant to article 1803 of the Mexican Federal Civil Code (Código Civil Federal). If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you may not access or otherwise use the Website.

Adhesion contract. Adhesion contract for the use of the website www.ctrscientific.com entered into by CONTROL TECNICO Y REPRESENTACIONES, SA de CV, on the one hand, and the user, on the other, both parties being subject to the provisions of this document and to any amendments to it, it being understood that by the sole act of making an online purchase the user is bound by the terms and conditions of this contract.

Orders for Products and Services. If you order any product, you hereby represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. You undertake to pay the full price of any purchase you make, whether by credit/debit card together with your online order or by another means of payment acceptable to CONTROL TECNICO Y REPRESENTACIONES, SA de CV. You undertake to pay all applicable taxes. If payment is not received by us from the issuer of your credit or debit card or its agents, you undertake to pay all amounts due upon our claim. Some products you purchase through the Website may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be presented to you at the time of such purchase. In addition, to provide a better service, CONTROL TECNICO Y REPRESENTACIONES, SA de CV holds Cargo Transport Insurance with ABA Seguros for shipments made by carrier.

Shipping and Delivery Times. We ship throughout Mexico. The estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days after payment confirmation and applies only to products in stock. Orders confirmed before 1:00 p.m. are processed the same business day; those confirmed after that time are processed the next business day. Delivery times may be extended in the following cases:

• Extended delivery areas. In localities classified by the carriers as extended delivery areas, the delivery time will depend on the visit frequency scheduled by the carrier and may exceed standard timeframes.
• Type of material. Some products, such as chemical reagents and hazardous materials, can only be transported by specialized carriers, which may change the delivery time and the shipping cost.
• External factors. During periods of high demand, such as El Buen Fin and the Christmas season, carrier delivery times may be extended.

Shipping cost. Shipping is free on purchases made in this online store from $1,000.00 MXN. This benefit applies only to orders generated and paid for on the Website, and not to quotations, orders taken by a sales representative or a branch, or government or public tender purchases. On orders below that amount, the shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout. Shipments made by carrier include Cargo Transport Insurance.

Promotions. All promotions are subject to and valid only during their stated period, and are not valid in combination with other promotions or discount coupons. Newsletter sign-up coupons are valid on the first purchase only. One coupon per user only.
