Shipping and Delivery Times

These conditions apply only to orders placed in this online store (ctrscientific.com). Orders handled by a sales representative, or placed by quotation, through a branch or through a public tender are governed by the terms agreed in each case.

Delivery time

The estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days after payment confirmation. It applies only to products in stock.

Orders confirmed before 1:00 p.m. are processed the same business day. Orders confirmed after that time are processed the next business day.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on online orders from $1,000.00 MXN. Applies only to orders placed and paid for in this online store.
On online orders below that amount, the standard shipping rate is $299.00 MXN plus VAT (packages up to 3 kg).
Material requiring refrigeration ships with the carrier's guaranteed delivery service; the rate is $399.00 MXN plus VAT (up to 3 kg).
Chemicals and hazardous materials ship by specialized transport. The cost is quoted according to the destination, weight and dimensions of the package; a sales representative will contact you to confirm it.

The shipping cost is shown at checkout. Prices published on the site do not include VAT.

Free shipping is neither cumulative nor transferable to orders taken outside the online store, and does not apply to quotations, branch orders, or government or public tender purchases.

Carriers

We ship throughout Mexico through carriers such as Estafeta, DHL and Paquete Express, depending on the destination and the type of product.

Some products, such as chemical reagents and hazardous materials, can only be transported by specialized services. In these cases, the delivery time and the shipping cost may vary; a sales representative will contact you if your order requires it.

All shipments sent by carrier include Cargo Transport Insurance.

Extended delivery areas

In localities classified by the carriers as extended delivery areas, the delivery time will depend on the visit frequency scheduled by the carrier and may exceed standard timeframes.

External factors

During periods of high demand, such as El Buen Fin and the Christmas season, carrier delivery times may be extended.
